Had to purchase twice
I purchased the 4 drawer charcoal cabinet with Amazon, although it did arrive when I expected, I was very disappointed because it was damaged. It had a big dent in the side corner and other bumps on the side. The delivery guy took it back when he noticed the damage. It was difficult for me to contact amazon, ( I wanted to speak to a rep) After looking for a number to call for about 10 min in their webpage, I decided to google the amazon number. I called and they where very helpful and gave me a refund.I re-purchased it with Plexsupply because they had the option of expedite shipping, and It arrive 3 days later in perfect condition.Overall I give the file cabinet a 7/10. For the price, I expected better. It looks like it might dent easily on the sides. The color looks a bit lighter than the picture the lock works well, it comes with 2 keys, and the drawers are easy to open.

Above average cabinet and value for money
It's a filing cabinet. It does the job. It has smooth rolling drawers, adjustable backstops, takes hanging folders and is lockable. There are cheaper filing cabinets that are flimsier and don't function as well and there are a few Cadillacs out there too, but they are much more expensive.Good value for money and should last a lifetime or two in home use (which is where I will use it).

Arrived dented
It arrived dented on the right side but didn't affect the usage so we kept it.

Unable to deliver without damage.
This cabinet was sent as a replacement for the original cabinet that arrived damaged. This replacement cabinet arrived damaged also. The shipping box had several tears in it. The cabinet had dents and gouge marks, which coincided to the tears in the box. Amazon issued a refund.
