PERFECT FIT and low cost
Definitely impressed with the quality at a lower cost, this item was cheaper than the VW dealer. The quality is the same as the OEM and I have no issues with the fitment. I replace this on my VW GTI MK5 with the 2.0 TFSI engine. The fitment was the same, I only wish the packaging will have some instruction since some of the O-rings are almost the same size.

Works on 2.0T models
Easy to install gasket kit. If installed on a 2.0T model, then you’ll end up with one extra gasket. So far no more leaks from the vacuum pump.

Rebuilt my Audi B7 A4 2.0T vacuum pump with this kit!
There are conflicting reviews about this kit, others as well. Let me just clear some confusion out of the way; first of all the kit comes with 4 O-Ring gaskets: one 'Large' is for the back casing, smallest ring-sized one is for the inlet pipe, and there are TWO slightly different medium-sized ones for the opposite mounting side to the engine block (cam section) and this is the only one that is exposed outside of the vacuum pump before mounting. If you have an earlier version, P/N ending with 'E' then you should use the smaller slightly medium-sized o-ring gasket. All later revisions of the pump with p/n F, G, H (in my case: G) uses the slightly bigger medium-sized gasket, simple as that. Please do note that you ONLY apply the o-ring and no other additional seal around or underneath the outside area. Some (idiot) mechanics might mickey-mouse the job and sealed the area evidenced when an old pump is removed and it does not mean this came from the factory. After removal of the back plate, clean everything with Brakleen and wipe dry. The inner parts can easily be dismantled as they are pretty self-explanatory. Make sure to pry the inlet pipe loose with a flat head or similar tool and detach it to replace the ring-sized gasket. Might take some strength doing this to get it out but be patient. It is a very simple design and engineered gadget and shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to put it back after everything falls apart while handling. Youtube has great video info if you need help. After cleaning, carefully laid the appropriate gaskets in their place and turn the cam bar to align with the engine cam before you slide it back in. This might take a few tries, just position the pump slightly before mounting and adjust that bar until it is fully aligned and slowly sits in flushed. Carefully tighten the three screws to the blockSo far it has been leak-free (especially when pumping the brake pedal) and hopefully this will hold up for at least 5-7 years. If anything changes I will update and revise this review, but so far this has been the best option and the gaskets (even though a bit overpriced) beats buying a new pump!

Fit 2010 Passat
Was an easy replacement. Take you're time and watch YouTube videos. I found that disconnecting the original electric plug was the hardest part. Plugging back into this replacement was smooth like butter.

Saves me money
Works great saving my customers money. The kits a bit pricey for a few Orings but who else are you going to buy them from. Way Cheaper than a new pump

Does not fit 2.0 FSI Motors. Dont buy it if your vaccum pump to valve cover seal is leaking!
the only one that fits is the biggest seal. the small one i don't know what its for, and the other two, either one is too big or one is too small. Very dissapointed.
