Works Well and Convenient
Works really great. Seems like magic, but thats just the incredible convenience of just being able to push a button and have nice spring water rather than having to tip over a 5 gallon jug everytime you need water and all the spills that inevitably come through that method. I did a decent amount of research into similar models, some were a bit cheaper and did seem to have more negative reviews about inconsistencies with the product so I decided to just buy the pricier one and hope that translated to higher quality.Everything about it is pretty great so far but have only had for less than a week so can't speak for long-term durability or battery life. Battery life of course will be dependent on how often per day you use it, and durability as well.As others have noted it's a pretty straightforward design. I was a bit concerned that the battery model pumps would be too large and unwieldy above the lip of the bottle since they have to stick the battery compartment there but it doesn't actually work out to be too bad. The hand pumped ones seem smaller on top but the convenience of just being able to push a button and have a stream of water was hard to pass up.The flow is a nice solid steam, and starts pretty quickly after pushing the button. All in all I'm happy with the purchase and would reccomend this product to others.

assembling was real easy. The motor is very powerful and pumps water ...
I recently switched from tap water to bottled water. The main disadvantage of using 5 gallon bottle is to lift it and put it on the water dispenser as it is really heavy and i need to do this atleast 2-3 times a week. When i found the Terapump water pump dispenser in amazon, i ordered it without any delay. And now i can certainly say that it was a correct decision. The delivery was fast, assembling was real easy. The motor is very powerful and pumps water real quick. It operates on two D battery's and fits all major 5 gallon bottles easily. It has been 2 days and i didnt have any issues so far. The on off button is very comfy. Overall i am very satisfied with the purchase so far and hope it works for a long time. Based on the performance i will be ordering another pump so that i can use 2 bottles simultanously. This pump can also be used for dispensing other beverages along with water. I will give 5 stars.

Well Water
As other reviewers have noted this is a nice water pump! But it does have it's draw backs. For one it makes a bit of a mess. It drips quite a bit and the snap on cap for the nozzle has a hole in it so it doesn't help. On the plus side, it pumps fast. but as the instructions note you can slow it down by not holding down the button all the way. I personally did not know what a Crown top water bottle was, but I found that if you leave the screw top on and put a hole in it, the pump snaps right over it and snugs up fairly well. Over all this, works fine for my applications.

It was easy to assemble and get working
I selected this product primarily because all of the reviews that I read were very positive, I have had the pump for only a few days, but even at this early stage, I can report that for me, it's the "greatest thing since sliced bread". There is not much that I can add to the shower of accolades offered by the other reviewers.I live in Mexico and the public water supply is not potable so all water consumed is bottled. The hand pumps that are available here are flimsy little things that are hardly worth the 5 or 6 dollars they cost and they don't really work very well. Terapump is a huge improvement. So far, the Terapump works exactly as advertised. It was easy to assemble and get working. The diagram and instructions were quite adequate. I hope the batteries last a reasonable length of time. D-Cells are not cheap. The bottle cap does not tighten down on the mouth of the bottle as suggested in the ad copy, but that is of little consequence. It works just fine.

If you like leaks then this is a great product
Leaks, leaks, leaks. What can I say, the only job this item has is to dispense water and then stop. It gets 50% of the job done. After you turn it off it continues to drip water. About 10 seconds after turning off water comes out of the spout. We have tried two of these and both had the same problem. Would not buy again

I like the design and it was really easy to setup ...
The product came well packaged. I like the design and it was really easy to setup and the functionality is pretty straightforward. It sounds a little high when it's functioning, but I don't find it annoying at all. The unit has been working great for almost three weeks now, pumping about two 5-gallon bottles a day.The materials seem to be of good quality overall. However, at the bottom of the stick it has a metal screw, which could contribute to contaminate the water over the time. I think there could be a solution to this if the design is changed in that part.Overall I'd recommend this product to anybody looking for a practical solution for pumping water from these type of bottles.

POOR PACKAGING
This pump attaches somewhat loosely on my Home Depot Absopure (not screw lid ) bottle, by design. I don't like that, but not really a problem. The push on/push off switch is handy on the very top of the pump. 2 D size batteries. The stiff, filler tube, is somewhat adjustable for length. Mine hit the bottom a little too much because of the indentation in the bottle. It would be very sketchy to cut it off. Other bottles may fit better,. A flex tube would be better. It pumps water just the right speed, and quits fairly cleanly. 3 stars because of all the above, tube length, loose fitting, and packaging. Was going to order other pumps, but the packaging turned me off. No damage, but poor business practice. I did contact to complain about the packaging, and they did respond promptly to ask about damage, so I do give them that, but it should NEVER have shipped with such a flimsy box, since this is a somewhat sensitive item. Shipping was extra cost.
