Works great for vertical gpu mount
Bought this to replace my defective cooler master cable that quit after 2 months and cooler master wouldn’t do anything about it. Been working great to vertically mount my ASUS RTX3070 KO. Great cable for those who don’t need pcie 4.0.

Works really to move a card to a horizontal slot
My use case is not moving a graphics card, but moving a SAS controller to a better location where the card would get more air movement. This worked very well. The case has a slot parallel to the motherboard where I assume the idea is to mount a graphics card, but I moved the SAS controller to this slot, which allowed to add a fan to its heatsink, and the card no longer thermal throttles. This extension is a bit cheaper than more well known brands, but the quality is very good, I used a few brand name extensions in another case and this has similar premium construction.

Reliable with my RX 480
Bought this because the riser cable that was provided with my Thermaltake G3 case purchase was dead on arrival (which I didn't realise until it was too late, having taken forever to finish this PC build). I can't quite remember, but this was one of the few 16x cables available for PCI 3.0 without long shipping time, and the gamble seems to have paid off. The cable connects well and has been stable with my RX 480 powering two displays for the two months up to this review. The 90° angle for the card connector also is a nice addition to reduce the amount of cable curling/clearance needed.

Worked great, more durable than I had expected.
Only con I can think of is that the cover is really stiff which means at first it was popping off the GPU. Once I got the Card and Mobo where I wanted in final build though it was easy enough to bend it into the right shape.Makes a huge difference when building a pc in small form factor or creative case designs.

High Quality PCIE Extension
Great cable, more durable than the standard extenders. Got this cable for my P-ATX because the 2 cables that came with it failed, have been using this cable for years with multiple gpu changeouts without a single hiccup

Worked as a replacement for my DeepCool GamerStorm Genome II case
I have a GamerStorm Genome II computer case from DeepCool and the PCI-E extension cable that came with the case went bad - video card resetting itself randomly and distorted HDMI audio. They list replacements on their site but they seem to be discontinued, as I could not find anywhere that had them for sale online. This looked similar, so I bought it hoping it would work, and it did. The base of it is not quite the same size and the mounting holes don't line up my original one, but its slot fits tightly enough onto my graphics card to stay in place, and the mounting brackets of the video card hold it in place well enough, so it's not an issue.

Not Future Ready
I recently purchased this and it was running fine on my system at the time which was a 10850k on a z490, but i changed to an 5950x with a MSI B550 Gaming Plus which didn't work, so i tried a Asus Strix B550-F and it still didn't work, THIS Could be an incompatible motherboard issue, However, I also upgraded my gpu from a 2080ti to a 3090, it was giving display on the 2080ti but not the 3090, i could not get it to work with the 3090 even though it should be backward compatible with pcie 3. So as much as i loved this product i cannot recommend it for anyone who is trying to run the end game cards.

Works perfectly
Why pay $60 when half works fine? 1080ti here and this riser is replacing the Thermaltake riser that came with my P5 case. That thing is trash. only recognized as pcie 2.0 and not the 3.0 the card and mobo support. It eventually wouldn't even boot due to VGA error. After installing this, GPUZ read pcie x16 3.0 right off the bat and no issues at all. The 90 degree slot is great as it reduces stress off of the ribbon. That was most likely the issue with the last one.
