Bought this to install in my laundry room so we could stop shampooing hair in the kitchen. The builders didn’t say if this was easy or hard to install so I’m assuming it was easy. The neck part is comfortable for me and my children - comes with a provided rubber lip for comfort. Just super easy to use for a non professional. Huge convenience and gets the kids off the kitchen counters and hair out of the kitchen, if you know what I mean.

Ease and comfort for patron.

The neck rest get wet and then they tear! How is a product that is suppose to get wet not be water resistant? It is not capable of holding up for more than a couple weeks. They also retain old nasty water in them. This is not leaving a sanitary experience for other clients. I am highly dissatisfied with this product. I would not recommend this product to anybody.

This is the most comfortable neck cushion I can find that fits my salon bowl but they end up tearing after a month or so from the water and weight of the clients head. Perhaps that’s more my problem than the products problem but I wish I could find something as comfortable that lasted longer? Until then I will keep buying 4 at a time every 6 months.

All good, it works and my clients love the feel. This is a no brainer. Every salon sink should have one of these as a mandatory attachment...
