Powerful dsp, easy to install.
Great product, makes upgrading your factory system very easy and sounds great.As a stand alone dsp and amp it sounds really good but if you use it along with amps and quality speakers it sounds amazing

Great useful DSP w. amp that will kick market
Used my product on my car audio to manage my 3 way speaker kit. Works well with easy phone/tablet controlled features and great price beside italian competitors: this will bring a lot of sound to market!

Could have a little more power, but this works well with CarPlay.Great for road trips. CarPlay for navigation and pioneer USB port for music.

So noisy its not usable
I am a radio and TV engineer w 30yr experience. I know what I am doing. The RCA out levels are entirely too low to drive an amp. Go into the app and drive the levels up there and it will get loud....... and noisy as hell. With the volume turned down on the head unit I get cheap noisy transistor sound. Not cool at all. I have tried speaker level input and RCA as well same result. unhook the outputs of the device and the amps are clean. This damn thing is just noisy. I will be returning it ASAP!

Truly amazing difference in sound
I installed this in my 2016 Ford Taurus which already had Sync 3. The sound will blow you away. One note...when using your Android or Apple device to interface with the unit, MAKE SURE YOU USE THE FACTORY CORD that came with your mobile device or it probably won't work. I use my IPad with this and I love it.

High potential; Unimpressive
My biggest complaint is the RCA output levels (line outs). I used the line inputs because my head unit has lime outouts at very good levels (over 2Vp-p and 2/3 volume). This box should have just multiplied that to the front rear and sub outputs. Instead, it felt like it divided the su0plied input power among them. This meant that the volume was very low and had to be boosted in the Pioneer app. Well, then it pops up a warning everytime you get in the car that the volume in app is high and shifted instead be adjusted in the head unit. I even ran across instructions saying turn it up in the app, so why the annoying pop up.That aside, I can't imagine a scenario where this makes sense, especially given the way it integrates. Every feature has awkward limitations from audio mix with phone to EQ controls.It was a good idea, but a bad execution.
