Beautiful and motor is silent YES! when running. They even put rubberized pieces on where it mounts to the ceiling box. Just a little added extra to keep it dead silent..The polished nickel has a softness to it that glows. The fan blades have a thick acrylic coating on them that makes them shine beautifully . We put this in the bedroom and it’s like a piece of jewelry in the middle of the room. The fan definitely has high-quality look and feel. Added a raised medallion to the ceiling to soften the look of the 4 inch thick ceiling plate that is with this fan.Installation of fan was simple, easy to follow instructions.Comes with a handheld remote. That has a decorative cover for a wall outlet in case you have to cover an on/off switch. Or you could mount it directly anywhere.. Or just remove the Center remote part and leave it as a handheld remote.Be sure to follow directions when starting it up because that’s how you program the remote to the unit. Follow it closely, you want your fan to run right and going through its process is important.Also, this fan has a limited Lifetime Warranty. Limited means, from all I could gather, you have to be the original purchaser.Also looked on the Kichler site and Amazon is an authorized seller for this product. All I can say is go for it!

I cannot contact a seller , Mainz site won't let me for some reason. We are remodeling a house and finally we put this fan up. It looks beautiful works great, doesn't make nose, however the blade has scratches and some kind of paint (marker) and it looks like it has been used or defective. Very disappointed with the purchase. I used prime account spent extra money and now I cannot get through to anybody. This is extremely inexcusable and if the seller Kichler Lighting is reading this pls contact me, come even to my house and check it out. We made many purchases via amazon while we are going through big renovation and I would like to get some answers. I'll be more than happy to forward photos.

We added 2 rooms this summer and looked at a lot of fans , So we order 1 of them and its so smooth and quit and put out a lot of air we leave in on the lowest speed as even it pulls the air and complete silent , We love this fan so we ordered another one so now both our new rooms have this fan. This fan is worth every penny and only took me about 10 min to install each fan they are so easy to install and the remote is so cool you can switch the direction of the blade with a touch of a button to switches to flip you don't even have to stop the fan just press the button and then it will slow down the go in reverse. Great fan its the best fan I have ever had in my life and I will never buy a fan that does not have a DC motor again. Once you get this fan you will be sold like I was 2 times !

The media could not be loaded. Best fan ever by far! Easy to install. Super quiet. Makes a great breeze! (Circulates the air very well.) Anyone that comes into our home seems to notice it (in a positive way) and we always get a lot of compliments on it.

great fan! Just be careful when installing the blades. I broke a screw off by over-tightening, and had a terrible time! Other than that,the fan runs great and puts out lots of air. It is also very quiet! We love the look also!

This is my first experience with a 2 blade fan, probably my last. It does look cool, but it's not the air flow we wanted over our bed.

Super modern and just the look we were going for. It doesn't put off as much air as I had hoped, but I guess that's to be expected for a dual blade fan. We've also noticed it doing some funky things when we first turn it on. It sometimes starts then stops after a short period. Other times it takes off fast then slows to some random speed. Could be our wiring. Once it's up and going it's great. Basically silent and smooth operation. It seems to be made from quality parts. I would buy again if I wasn't too worried about moving a ton of air. If you need maximum flow look elsewhere.

Do you want to understand the meaning of "worst value for money"? Then buy this expensive fan and you'll understand it very soon. The customer service of this product is a joke. In less than a year, it started malfunctioning and unfortunately, they don't have the necessary parts to fix it. It's a frustrating experience to have bought such an expensive and lousy fan for over $400.
