MUJI Ultrasonic Aroma Diffuser Large

I was a bit iffy purchasing the diffuser from a random seller on Amazon, but it's the real deal! And cheaper too! It doesn't come with English instructions (just Japanese) but a simple Google search for it and you're set. I actually kind of like the idea that it came from Japan. Anyway, so far there are no problems with the diffuser. It was really easy to set up, and quite easy to use. Even when we're not using it for the scent, we kind of just have the light on as a light night. It looks super gorgeous by the way.

I've had this for over Update: 7 months now. It's great. It works well. I can actually smell it AND that's coming from someone who is slightly anosmic. I have not cleaned it yet since I got it; thus I have concluded that you don't really need to clean it because its mostly just distilled water and 2% whatever you add. Cleaning it with tap water just might add tap water's minerals deposits.ONLY ADD DISTILLED WATER TO THIS PRODUCT and whatever pure essential oils you want, don't get cheap or synthetic oils.I don't need all the wild colors like some of the knock-offs that look similar. I just want the nice smells.Cons: It takes up a lot of desk space. And for the amount of space it takes up, I wish it would hold more water.

The instructions only came in Japanese which I found odd.

Except for lacking instructions in mid-level English, this is *EXACTLY* like the one I bought from the MUJI store downtown for $30+ more!I now have one for my desk at work along with one for my bedroom to go with the one in my living room. I wish these things came bigger. I've got humidifiers galore but they don't look very appealing. Thanks to this and Marie Kondo, I can donate those other humidifiers altogether.

I had the same aroma diffuser for many years. It finally wore out. This one (same brand and style) the plastic is cheaper but its still the best diffuser available. Price is too high, however.

It works perfectly fine, and is nice to look at, I personally just didn't like the light inside. Made the whole thing look cheap when lit up.

The largest version of Muji’s diffusers, has a large capacity for 3 hours, a quiet hum, and a dimmable light (only in one color, white) is a lovely addition to any house. Bought for my husband’s massage practice, clients have commented on how nice but unobtrusive it is, like a white noise machine. It doesn’t command attention, just notice. Very relaxing to look at, but also to be an accent at the fringes of your awareness.
