Great tasting... but,
It took 40 days for the order to arrive!!! When it did, the very small Ice-Brix included was at room temperature. This service is unacceptable... and thankfully unlike the usual service I have received from Amazon.

You cannot chew it! Incredibly sinwe.
This is the most sinwe piece of meat I have ever come across. Absolute junk. Not chewable. Never saw Basterma before made out of a tip of the round, and probably this is utility grade beef...A total waste of money. I threw it away!I messaged the seller that it was unacceptable. Asked for refund.His response: "Slice it and enjoy"!I can't even slice it...Don't deal with these people.

Was delicious. If cut very thin. Tastes exactly like the halal butchers basterma in Dearborn.

The meat is hard to chew should be tenderloin like the Egyptian basterma

Need a little bit of Salt!!
Delicious basterma I love it. It would be perfect if there were a little bit more salt in the Crust.

Not Happy!
My order took 4-5 days from Florida to Phoenix. It arrived very hot and on the package, it says KEEP REFRIGERATED. It was clearly spoiled and smelled so as well. I would NEVER order again!
