Big sound for a small speaker. Love the hook option.

I bought this for a trip to Vegas and was not disappointed! I could walk around Fremont listening to my smooth jazz and it had plenty of volume and clarity to cut through the normal daytime background noise from traffic, street performers, etc. It filled up my little 250 sq. ft hotel room with A LOT of sound for such a small package. The battery life seemed fine, but I never really had it on unplugged for more than 4 hours at a time. All in all, great buy for the money, imo.Edit: The battery life is superb! I easily get up to 8 hours of play at full volume on a full charge.The clip on mine sucks, broke the 3rd time I used it, but that is my only gripe.

Worth every saved penny. I was looking at this item at target and thought let me check to see if amazon has it. I love this little speaker, it is great for watching movies on my phone, sound quality is amazing and music sounds great too. Battery last for a 3hr movie and it still had juice left to keep going. It takes a bit to charge but it's worth the wait.Quality is good, doesn't look or feel flimsy.Overall this was a good buy, refurbished and all. I'd definitely recommend it if you want something small for cellphone music & movies. It's loud and clear for a small speaker.

I keep it hanging on the shower rod. Works great. Powerful speaker for the size. Battery last a long time

Pros:- Clip is fantastic! It's metal with a non slip grip on the inner portion of the clip. And clip goes around outside of speaker- Buttons feel good and respond immediately- Sound is above average for speaker of this size- WaterproofCons - only downside for me is the lowest sound setting is not quite low enoughI bought this to replace the JBL Moto Mod on my previous phone. It would have gone on my newest phone but I decided to move away from the Moto Z family. This speaker sounds even better than the Moto Mod one. Battery life has been good for me. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

The JBL Clip is an excellent value. Given the price and the size, this will not be the best small speaker you ever heard. However, it is very well constructed, at a good price, with an “excellent” battery life. I use it everywhere…in the shower… in my gym… on my patio. While a part of me wishes Apple had a small wireless speaker, the Clip would still be a great deal as the Apple version would undoubtedly cost significantly more. Also, the only feature it’s missing from the non-existing Apple’s version is Siri.

It charges fast and lasts along time. Even when you turn it up.It connected quick to everything: iPad, iPhone, galaxy & even Alexia. Once connected the Bluetooth doesn’t drop & has a good range (15 ft easy)The only negative is the clip. It works and it holds, but it doesn’t inspire much confidence. It be fine to hook to something while listen to to keep it from getting misplaced but id never walk around with it dangling.Highly recommended - for the money, the size and the sound I’d be hard pressed to get a better speaker

I bought this speaker for a recent vacation trip - worked great for private pool-side music. Its ability to float and withstand water exposure was definitely a plus and came in handy. Small enough to pack in a day bag for a day trip or clipping it to the outside of a pack is nice. Great tone - nice being able to hear bass lines clearly in such a small speaker package. Battery life is great - never ran out of battery over multiple hours of use. Sync with my Iphone was easy and quick. I would recommend it.
