It’s used wall plate dirty, holes are cracked drywall on top smudges and scratches on home screen
The thermostat’s wall plate is dirty, the mounting holes are cracked. There is drywall at the top of the wall mounting plate. Smudges all over the front control and home screen. Will not attempt to even use not sure what it would do to my HVAC system.

Doesn’t response
Tech support was not able to resolve the problem and not friendly. The temperature control does not support or response to my HVAC . Heater never stop . It’s keep running. Very old model .
