Total Disappointment and total Cheating
Total disappointment. I ordered this doll well in advance for my daughter's birthday which was today 25thJuly .. since it was lockdown in our city I got it delivered on 13th/14th July in advance .But we did not open the packet and kept it as a secret gift and opened it today directly after sanitizing it and when my daughter opened the packet when we gifted her this ,her neck was already dismagled and doll was headless ..when I tried to fix up the head it was so difficult.My daughter noticed that doll's eyes are also lookig strange, she just touched the eye and one eye got pulled inside..and this is the picture of the doll withinf 10 mintues after we opened it.After paying so much. Toy companies should not cheat people and take advantage of corona situation and fool us.This doll is highly NOT recommended Feeling very sad about giving such doll to my daughter and spoiling her birthday.Its my mistake that I did not open the packet So now it is my duty to alert others to save them from being cheated like me:-(((

Don't buy this product it has poor quality with no proper dressings in it waste of money
It was not the same as it was pictured as for quality of the product it was too shabby as for it's price , the delivery was fast but the box was torn from inside , it was a gift for my younger sister and I was ashamed to give her this gift because of this attitude of Amazon to buyers please don't lie to people and waste their time for such ridiculous product
