This product has really helped To balance my gut health !

My doctor had recommended I add these to my morning routine--specifically this brand, perhaps because of the high volume of helpful bacteria. Hard to know whether it's really making a difference. But from videos I've watched on YouTube of other doctors talking about the importance of gut health--including the benefits for mental health, I'm all in. I've continued to purchase this brand for more than a year now and plan to continue with it.

This product worked magic for my chronic constipation. No more upset tummy, much greater production on the pot. Not just quantity, but also quality. The size of structure of my defecates are not just improved for me, but some of the best I have seen. I sent pics of the produce to my nephews and they didn’t even believe it was real. I’ve also been passing gas much more regularly as well. Overall, I am very pleased with my results.

I have suffered from irritable bowel issues since my 30's, tried many products. I found this probiotic at costco thought why not give it a try. Thank God I did. I used to have weekley cramping , diarrhea, constipation. RArely have an episode now that I take this product. Will take it as long as I can get it. well worth the money

Clearly labeled as gluten, soy, and dairy free. I take these once a week if I'm not sick, but I take 3 a day when taking antibiotics to avoid gastro side effects. Don't take them at the same time as drugs, space them out. They work best if taken 2 hours after a meal.

I don't know if these work or not, they were recommended by my doctor so I take them.

I have suffered from IBS for quite some time and tried everything. Those who have this condition know it can be intractable. With reluctance (I am HIGHLY doubtful of alternative medicine), I tried this probiotic once per day, in the morning, on an empty stomach. After about two weeks, my IBS substantially settled down, and now, six months later, my gastric system remains quiet. Perhaps it is the USP designation that guarantees quality, but whatever the reason, I am happy.

After two GI tract exams and one trip to the ER resulting in heavy duty meds that were not effective I tried this probiotic on the advise of a friend. After two weeks I felt so much relief. I tried reducing and then eliminating the heavy meds and now only take this one probiotic every day. I’m very happy with the results.
