Was disappointed to get hard chalky pills wo any coating, like old Aspirin. Not good w swallowing these kind of pills, at least they are more on the small side.

I made the mistake of buying Carlson Chelated Manganese 20 mg tablets before checking with WebMD and Cronometer. Unless someone has a known medical problem, the maximum daily tolerable amount from all sources is 11 mg. The label advises users to take one tablet every other day. Even if the body can tolerate an average of 10 mg per day, the manganese in your foods would likely put you beyond the safe limit. Now, I must waste time using a pill splitter.

This manganese product I've been using for several months. It takes approximately 6 weeks to get in your system. I was using it religiously when I was younger and really training hard. I have seen an improvement with the use of this product.
