DeLonghi Capsule Electric Space Heater, 1500w compact and stylized portable space heater for indoor use in office bedroom, thermostat, ceramic heater, fan only option, safety features, HFX30C15

I loved that it has a thermostat on the left side to turn for higher heat or for lower temps. With that feature it helps keep the area temperature stable. On the right side, it has lower heat or higher heat OUTPUT setting, with highest output at #2. That is NOT a fan setting. The fan always operates the same speed. I love the auto tilt shutoff, and it's light to carry, easy to operate and works great saving electricity when using the thermostat setting on the left side,as it doesn't let me over use electricity to heat an area, but shuts off and turns back on at whatever temp I want. I wait until it's warm as I like, and tjurn the dial until it shuts off. It will come back on when the temp drops. It's small and nice looking, too. The fan is a bit loud, but that's because it's powerful. I like that, as it heats up the area faster. LOVE IT. I want another one!

I wanted a small ceramic heater for the bathroom when I shower in the winter time. My bathroom is really small, so I only need a small heater. This heater produced a lot of heat. I did not have to wait for the heater to heat up. I felt the heat immediately. Whenever I tilt the heater to its side, the heater shuts off. This is a great safety feature. Operating the heater was intuitive. I did not need to look at the manual.I do not plan on leaving this heater on for long periods of time. I only want to drop the temperature by a few degrees while I am showering.I read some negative reviews about the quality of DeLonghi's heaters in general. Comparing it to some of the other popular brands, I believe that they still make better quality space heaters for a reasonable price. I purchased a Dreo recently, and I prefer DeLonghi's heaters. I think the quality and design is better.I used to use their space heaters 20 years ago. The quality so far seems to be about the same to me. None of these electric heaters without a heat pump are capable of producing a whole lot of heat. I think this heater produces a lot of heat for an electric heater.I plan on using their portable heaters to supplement the gas heat in my apartment to try to keep my gas bill down this winter. I will be using their electric heater in my living room while I am working and in the bathroom while I am showering. I do not plan on running this heater non-stop.The only thing that I would change about the design is the stand. It was less sturdy than I expected. If it breaks, the heater would be unstable and unusable because it would fall over and, because of the safety feature, shut itself off.

I had one of these while living in the EU so decided to get one here in the US. I love how small it is and how much warm it provides despite the size, despite the fact that it is quite noisy. However, it seems quality control has really gone downhill lately. The first one I purchased was defective (it blew air to the side rather than in front and there was no difference between fan speeds 1 and 2). Requested a replacement and it had exactly the same issues.

Bought this for my office as it's always too cold for my liking. I love how small and unobtrusive it is, and the design is just so classy and doesn't look like a hideous space heater. I set it under my desk a few feet away from myself, so I've only used power setting 1 of 3 so far and it's PLENTY warm for office use. Be warned it is quite loud, but it's like a white noise machine. As I usually like to listen to some kind of ambient sound anyway at work to drown out background noise from other people, this doesn't bother me, but if you are looking for something to maybe sleep next to at home I would try to find something quieter.

Pros:It heats up a small room fast! This little heater is pretty sophisticated with 2 heat settings. Once the room is heated you can dial it down till it clicks. Then it will keep the heat at that level.The heater automatically shuts off when you lift or move it.Cons: It’s a little noisy.

This is the third one I buy. The first two I have had for a long time. This one stopped working yesterday, one day after the return period ended.

I use this in a small bedroom that doesn't get central heat in my super old house. It works really well and it does not take long to heat up the room. Make sure you pay attention to how much sq footage you need covered. This unit fell just at the right amount for my space. It is a nice design and does not look bad. Its small and easy to tuck away when not needed.

I just got this yesterday and I love it so far. Won’t be able to know it’s longevity until further down the road but this is a great heater. Smaller than expected (sticky notes for size reference lol) but it is a tad bit louder than I’d like it to be. Not a nuisance level of loud but I would never describe it as quiet or low volume. However, it’s design is cute and it gets my legs nice and warm in the cold office. I do recommend if you don’t mind a little noise.
