This tea was suggested by a friend and I’m glad she told me about. I drink this nightly because I typically have issues going. I haven’t had an issue since I started drinking this. I’ve told at least 4 people about this tea. The taste is smooth. I will say that I’ve seen it cheaper elsewhere so the value for money can be better.
