This Is An Excellent Book About The Country Of Georgia.
This is an excellent book about the country of Georgia. I liked this book because I learned some new facts that I did not know before. I read this book for my personal pleasure and personal knowledge. Some of the interesting facts that the author of this book says in this book include the following information: Concerning the country of Georgia which used to be part of the former Soviet Union, Georgians don't use a Cyrillic alphabet. They have their own alphabet which is one of the world's 14 alphabets. Since the collapse of the Soviet Union, English has gradually replaced Russian as the most commonly used foreign language in Georgia. In most families, two or three generations live together. The people in the cities in Georgia live in apartments. Georgian cuisine has absorbed the culinary traditions of mixtures of people. Mtsvadi (barbecued pork or beef) and Khinkali (meat dumplings) are among some of the foods that the people of Georgia love the most.

Good Read
It's already a little out of date as (at least in Tbilisi) the work ethic seems to be changing to be more like what's expected in the USA. Still, it was enlightening and enjoyable read.

Cultural idiosyncrasies, so that I will not do something embarrassing.
This little book is a wonderful add on to a travel guide for Georgia, because there is not a lot of information about the culture of Georgia. It has clued me in on various Cultural idiosyncrasies, so that I will not do something embarrassing.

Not the Greatest
This is less a book on Georgia than an informal description of some of the author's experiences. The author cites a variety of personal acquaintances' opinions on behavior and customs. These are just people she randomly knows who have done business or lived in Georgia. Kind of strange.
