Product is defective & not functioning. There was & never in box include any eye jel for which the seller given advt descriptions. Customers review also say so. We never ask for this jel, thus given no importance. Yestoday received defective item & asked for return back. The agent came(18/09/24) & ridiculouslyrics ask for the jel which was not in the box. SIMPLE A HARRESMENT THE CUSTOMERS. OH! THE RETURN POLICY. - BOTH AMAZON & SELLER MUST LOOK INTO MATTER. I DEMAND SIMPLE RETURN & REPLACEMENT THE ITEM.

Don't waste your money.
Waste product of no use. The sound is very difficult to control., keeps on buzzing in your ears. Above all the free gift eye relaxing mask which was promised was not included in the package. Either the provider has made false promise or the delivery team has stole it.
