Blower Motor Resistor, Car Heater Resistor Blower Motor Resistor with Wiring Harness for Corsa D 2006-2011; for Grande Punto 2005-2012; for Punto Evo 2009-2011; for Qubo after 2008

I brought this for my son's Corsa 2007 & it was a perfect part for the car. The local Motor Factors wanted three times the price it was on here, son was a bit sceptical as to the quality? It was fine & I fitted it in 10 minutes.

The mechanic wanted €250 to repair this. The kit I received from Amazon came with a new plug & wiring which I connected with 5 wago type connectors. Access was tight but it took about 1 hour €20 repair....daughter happy😁

Having purchased a resistor pack from a motor parts company previously, supplied less cable-form for more than 3 x the cost, this item was ideal for the heater blower problems I had experienced, proving less problematic enabling the replacement of scorched wires in the old loom which us often the case.Please refer to the car manufacturers wiring diagram fir your safety.

Wires are way too thin and they have overheated and started a wiring fire resulting in the same problem I had in the first place. Avoid if you want to have a car. Terrible quality and wires are thinner than my hairs. An honest fire hazard they are because of how thin, compare to factory wires and you will see that they are half the thickness

To replace resistor and loom in a Fiat Punto. Easy to fit using crimp connectors.

After mine had burnt out on my fiat grande punto I decided to get this one.... at first it didn't work but my blower motor had blown too.After fitting a new blower motor this worked perfectly..It does come with 5 wires and only needed 4 on my fiat so I just left one unattached..Had to cut the 4 wires attached to my old broken resistor, strip some wire back and connect to this one.

Not sure what to say other then it dose the job, not easy to get to but thats not a fault of the product.I will point out though that due to the position its hard so see the securing screw - it needs a 5mm 12 point socket to remove, once you use one its a 5 min job - dont spent ages swearing & trying lots of different sized 6 point sockets before you realize like I did.

This product is shocking do not buy.The wires are tiny. Two of the wires should be very thick to take the amp draw of the fan. If you fit this it will potentially fail and set fire to your car.
