I have been using the TEMCo Industrial products for some time now. I have no complaints about anything I have gotten from them so far. If I order 15ft of 1/0 welding wire, I get 16ft of 1/0 welding wire. The welding wire is heavy-duty but super flexible and easy to use. The heavy-duty DKJ35-50 315A DINSE connectors I picked up fit the wire perfectly. The outer jacket of the welding wire has yet to show any signs of wear after being dragged across all types of surfaces, having oil and other chemicals get on it. I just wipe it off, and it’s good as new. If you’re going to be making a lot of different wire connections, like a big 3 or 4 upgrade on your vehicle or new welding leads, the (TEMCo TH0020 Lug Crimper Tool for 10 AWG - 400 MCM wire lugs- DIELESS Indent Electrical Battery Terminal Cable Wire ASIN: B00HJYY5GA) is a great crimping tool. It makes quick work of anything you throw at it. And the (TEMCo TH0001 4/0 (0000 Gauge) Wire and Cable Cutter – with 12 in. Handles ASIN: B00HJWTBYS) cuts right through everything with ease. And another nice thing is shipping is quick. It doesn’t take them 3 days to finally send out an order. It will go out the same or next day depending on what time you order. And I don’t get anything for this review. It’s just hard to find good companies that make good products nowadays, so when I do find one, I like to pass on the knowledge about them so others can benefit as well.

conductor material is high quality, the price is hard to beat, and if you are wanting a cable that is flexible/maneuverable this style of welding cable is what you need. How flexible is it? Well the order of 15ft of 2 ga both red/black came all coiled up similar to a coil springs appearance, it was no wider than my hand in diameter and about 9" tall! again that was for the combo of red/black, so 2, 2 AWG 15' cables can be wound up in a circle with a diameter of less than 6 inches! If you need something more flexible than that well I don't even want to know what you are attempting to do 😂 As many are likely buying for battery cables, there is no turns you could come across that this couldn't navigate! This will also make for great jumper cables, as the flexibility means it will store away in a much smaller profile than many of the store bought cables. I am likely going to make some this winter, as my old cables have always been a complete hassle to store neatly, and those don't have nearly the capacity as this cable would!If I can come up with a con, it would be(maybe) the insulation is very soft and pliable, feels great, but I would be hesitant to leave the cables naked, as it feel like they could chafe easily in a automotive enviroment. I don't know that they actually would, just more of a feeling. Since I was also going to be running this near the engine, the slightly lower heat rating than SGX Battery cable was also on my mind. this shouldn't have any issue with the majority of cases, I just always have the prepare for the worst mindset.. so I covered the cable with Insultherm sleeving to give it great abrasion resistance and heat protection, and then over that used red colored expandable braid so that it it added a bit of visual appearance as well as should help draw attention to its location as I rerouted cables through areas that would not be as common, and in the unlikely event that a shop ends up doing some work on my vehicle, this should help to avoid any accidental damage due to not being easily visible. is this necessary?... no probably not, but I like to do things in an OCD meticulous type manner, the added protection is peace of mind, and look great too!

this wire is priced right and made with quality. flexible and easy to work with and with two fifty foot rolls I get alot of useage. I will be reordering when I run out.

The wire is nice and flexible and is holding up well on my solar battery connections. My only complaint is the rough exterior vs other wires with a smooth shiny appearance.

It is made of pure copper and while nearly impossible to count the number of strands of conductors, it appears to have the appropriate number of conductors for its rated ampacity. I have used this cable in a solar project at my personal residence, specifically to terminate the connection between the battery banks and the bus bar. The cables have been in use for just a bit over 6 months carrying currents up to 300 amps with 100% reliability. For many hardware and hardware accessory needs, I will first look to TEMCO to see if they have the product, before considering other brands. Other TEMCO products that I own and use include their lug crimper tool, 10AWG solar cables, MC4 connectors, MC4 spanner tools, battery lugs, butt splice connectors, and cable stripper bushings - all of which have worked flawlessly.I definitely recommend TEMCO as a brand, and can personally attest to their product quality, for the products that I listed above.

Took a little time to get but that’s just me use to immediate delivery of most items…soiled yes…lol…cut to size, a lot more flexible then expected, which was a good thing…always order more then you think you’ll need…good quality product…will order my next from them as well…this was 30ft of 2AWG, will order 5ft or 4/0 in the next couple weeks to complete my build…
