Doesn't work as intended.
Terrible. When increasing the number of needles per unit area, you must also use thinner and sharper needles. They haven't. It hardly punctures the skin. Moreover, the needles don't come out absolutely straight. They can pivot about the Shaft while moving the device across your face. 0/10 would not recommend. Stick to the 12 needle cartridges or expect to pay more for decent qualify. You get what you pay for.

hi, this is a great derma pen cartridge. 36 pin has in this cartridge. so you can get the 3-time fast result with using this.plz, don't buy 12 pin cartridge. you can buy a 36 pin cartridge.

Didn't get my complete order
Didn't get my complete order.I don't know how to deal with all these manipulators.They just send me 1 cartridge .Quality of product is very poor.Needle get blunt after few minutes.

Worst product ever received, needles are so mild and can't even feel needle pinch at higher rpm and pressure...if possible please replace my product with sharp needles
