Perfect for note taking at school
I am an inclusion worker in a school and couldn't live without these notes. I wear them on my lanyard and they come in handy for so many things. Remembering stuff that happens throughout the day. Playing a game of noughts & crosses with a student or doing quick 'now/then' notes for students with SEND needs. The paper is good quality with a thicker card outside. I like being able to take them apart so I don't have the whole thing hanging round my neck all of the time and the keyring part is sturdy. My daughter also uses these for revision and although they are smaller than other revision cards she likes them.Overall I would say these are great value for money and a repeat purchase for us.

Expensive but worth it if you learn this way
Pack of 6 coloured flash cards. Feb 2024 @ £13.98. Product appears to now link to white ones @ £8.99 but are similar to what I bought. Good quality. Expensive for what they are but if you benefit greatly from this learning method, it's worth it.

Nifty!
I loved these. They were just what I needed and was looking for. The design is compact and thoughtful, connecting the flash cards via a metal ring that can be flicked through at will and taken everywhere, fitting into a purse. They are brightly coloured and can be used for whatever purpose you will, for example exam revision or reminders of therapy - practical application.

Sturdy cards, with a coated and uncoated side with different properties
Each card averages at 1.048g at 0.38mm thick, working out at about 210gsm and feels quite a stiff card. One side is coated and slightly shiny giving a very smooth surface with the other being matt and less smooth. The smooth side may be too slick for some pens but the other should be ok for most media. The smooth side gives a very crisp line but liquid inks such as fountain pens or rollerballs and gel pens may take some time to dry fully so be careful of smudging. Not much feedback either. The matt side dries very quickly but can suffer from some feathering round the edges of the line, depending on the ink type. The smooth side looks slightly whiter and brighter than the matt side, but this may be just the optical effect of a smooth vs matt surface. This can have the effect of showing off the colours extremely well on the shinier side but also due to the ink not soaking in so quickly the colours can look darker and more saturated. The different surfaces will show off shading differently too. Much more feedback from the matt side and this may help with the feeling of pen control. The writing samples in the accompanying photos shows the same writing on each side using a TWSBI 1.1mm stub nib and Diamine Grey ink. The time to dry fully for these samples was 55s for the coated side and 7s for the uncoated side. The cross at the bottom right of each sample shows the smudging you get after 5 seconds.Summary:Coated side - very smooth slightly shiny bright white look that may have difficulty with some liquid ink pens and provides minimal writing feedback. Slow drying but good crisp line definition with good saturation and good shading.Uncoated side - matt white that looked slightly duller than the other side but copes well with just about any writing instrument and gives good feedback. Quick drying but some inks may have a little feathering round the edges. Colours feel slightly less saturated have poor shading.Overall good substantial cards but may require a little experimentation to get the look you want.

Received two of the same colour...
Disappointed as I didn't receive a pink set and instead got two orange ones. It's annoying as I wanted to separate them into subjects but now have two of the same. Also the orange is much brighter than the other pastel tones, so some ink colours won't show up clearly on it. Aside from the colour, they feel really nice and the card is thick/quality. A couple of the metal rings don't clip together properly and the cards fall off.

Handy notes
I use these for quick notes on the go, I attached it to my trousers and use it whenever need to note down something quickly and then just tear it off. Very useful.
