Benchmark 51012 Pizza/Pretzel Warmer, 12" Holding Capacity, 33"x 22"x 19"

This was the worst pretzel warmer I have ever come across. It was very difficult to put the pretzel hanger together. The screws did not go in the holes so they did not tighten up or they would go in the hole but then would just turn but not tighten. The handle on one door was broken off. The door on the back was bent so badly that if I try to straighten it out it will also come off. A very poor design for a door as it is barely welded on.I am very disappointed with this machine as we had the exact same machine for many years and didn't have a problem until the heating element went bad and we couldn't get the part so we were forced to buy a whole new unit and this thing is a piece of junk. I wouldn't recommend this unit to anyone.

Good product. Had a hard time attaching the pretzel holders to the metal bar as the screws were too large for the holes. Seems to keep the pretzels nice and fresh.

Lots of damage when this arrived! Magnets to hold the doors shut broken, door handles bent, and pieces of metal fallen off due to terrible tack welds! Every single screw on the unit loose and/or stripped! Cannot put the pretzel hangers together because the screws are too big for the holes in the hook pole. Paid over $900 for this thing! Unacceptable condition!!!! This thing is a hot mess to put it lightly!

Upon reading reviews, I fully expected to receive a broken unit which would be difficult to assemble. But, it arrived in great condition. One door is a little crooked, but doesn’t hurt a thing.This pretzel unit works, but dries out my pretzels, even with the humidifier full of distilled water. Too expensive to only use as a visual display. I’ll probably be sending it back.

I purchased one of these warmers in 2022 (along with an Asurion protection plan that was offered at checkout)for our venue. It arrived with 2 sides of the glass in a thousand pieces. Amazon promptly replaced it. Several months ago the heating switch went out and after speaking with Benchmark who referred me to Winco no one could help me with either repair or replacement. I contacted Asurion who told me they would not be able to help me because the warmer was being used for commercial use.This isn’t a household appliance. It’s a commercial pretzel warmer that holds 40 or more full sized pretzels. Its total BS to offer a protection plan on a commercial piece of equipment then not honor the protection plan. I have 3 other Benchmark warmers in our venue that I’ve had for 6 years and have had no issues with them. I needed an additional machine in a hurry so ordered from Amazon.Very disappointed in the customer service all the way around….

I used this unit for my general store, it was easy to use and looked awesome on our countertop.We kept food warm daily and even alternated to keep large salted pretzels 🥨 warm. You can’t go wrong with this unit!

This is from someone who never writes reviews. Initially, I ordered 2 of these. One of the first 2 I purchased had shattered glass when it arrived. Ok, things happen in shipping, I understand, so I returned it. Despite the second one having a broken handle, I kept it because I needed it.To replace the one I returned, I ordered another one. It arrived with both handles broken…but again, I needed it, the doors still open, so fine I guess. Then, I noticed the front was dented, the inside was all scratched up and the pan had a dent. Ok, again, I need it so ugh, whatever. Then, when I went to assemble the pretzel rack, the screw holes were milled wrong so it will not go together.I guess I just have a pizza warmer now…that is if nothing else is wrong.Do not buy this hunk of crap.

Upon openings the Benchmark 51012 package, we noticed that both of the metal door handles had fallen off. They were spot welded on so there was no way to reattach them. The screws for the pretzel display arms were missing as well. I called several Benchmark customer support numbers and either got a busy signal or full voicemail box. I would highly recommend spending your money on a different product.
