Excellent product Appalling service
I have used this excellent product many times for malt loaves and flapjacks. However, I never got the chance to use the 4 jars ordered from Gudz. Because of inadequate packing a parcel of broken glass leaking copious amounts of malt extract was left on my doorstep. I have been trying for over 3 weeks to get a refund or replacement from Gudz and have been treated with contempt, dishonesty and given excuses you would expect from a 5 year old. Regrettably Amazon's A to Z guarantee has proved to be useless in this case as Gudz have ignored it and when the going got tough it appears Amazon has looked the other way H.E. Whittaker
