The first Fortnum's tea I purchased as a gift for a dear friend arrived in a paper packet so smashed that it would have been an insult as a present. I gave it to my daughter who drinks tea and loves Fortnums! I ordered this one to give, as a now very belated Christmas present, and it arrived safely in a box with air bags to protect it.It will make a very nice gift.

Really not happy that this item was damaged when I received it and it's not eligible for return. I was looking forward to having the tim to keep my tea in. This is one of my favorite teas

This is the second time I ordered this product it arrived damaged again I am very disappointed
