Q: Why did the chips I received taste nothing like Callebaut Chocolate from the company in their packaging?

I've always had qualitied chips from JR Mushrooms/Olive Nation. Chocolate chip cookies are delicious! I wouldn't make them with any other chips.

Q: The last time i bought these (october 2019) they were the teeny tiny chips. was this because the vendor was cocoaholic? should i try another vendor?

I also received an order with the wrong chip size. I received mini chips, when I contacted the company they sent me the correct size chip. The vendor was great to work with and made my order right.

Q: What's the CHD # in the first pic?

The CHD number for the Callebaut Semi Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips is CHD-CI-6008006-A45.

Q: Why did you send some customers mini chips when Callebaut doesn't manufacture mini chips?

I would contact the shipper directly. Most likely they will send a replacement.
