Great Product & EXCELLENT Customer Service!!
The sealer works wonderfully, nice and sturdy piece of machinery. I was a bit of a pain in the ass with the seller and they were so helpful and quick about everything. I thought the sealer didn't work, so I returned it. Within the same day, the seller sent a return label along with an apology (even though- it turns out- I was probably wrong).Before I even responded or shipped the product back, they had already express shipped the other sealer to me. It arrived in 3 days! Only then did I realize that you have to push down pretty hard to get the heating element to turn on. I feel silly because there probably wasn't anything wrong with the first one- except the fact that I have tiny, delicate hands that didn't push the handle down hard enough in the first place.So feeling embarrassed about the whole thing, I wanted to leave this review about1)How well this product works (well made, does the job and at a great price!)2)How impressed I was with their outstanding customer serviceWell done, guys! I would definitely recommend this seller and their product.

Very good product otherwise
I use this to package soap. Sometimes it doesn't fully cut through with the heat, so I have to use scissors. Very good product otherwise, always seals the bag.

Fraudulent Picture
I like to buy stuff that last, hence, metal as much as possible. I chose this heater sealer mainly because it was pictured as being made of a metal casing and specifically indicated in the description as being made of metal. It is NOT. it is made of cheap and fragile thin sheet of plastic. Totally misleading description. Totally misleading picture. Be aware that if a vendor lie about one fact , the rest is probably lies as well. Once more I got shafted buy hidden vendors who do not even supply a phone number or allow customer service. If you want to sell a plastic Sealer mark it as such. Don't lie about it so as to get more orders.The cardboard packaging was OK :(
