Value for money. Really good for people with swollen legs which maybe due to various medical conditions or maybe just soreness. It does occupy quite a bit of bed space, so beware and I would suggest to also buy some sort of a cover so that it doesn’t get dirty. Overall really does the job well! Very happy!

A healthcare product that has been such a blessing! This is my second purchase of this wedge cushion. Using it to prop both my legs up while sleeping to wake up with zero swelling in my legs & ankles. With one knee fractured long back & other tired after carrying the 'extra load', have seen no welling days only after i got this product.Would recommend it for the elderly & for any one with bad knees, ankle swelling or back pain.I used to use 2 firm coir pillows to prop my knees up which was fine for days when swelling was less - disadvantage was that they moved apart & around, when one shifted in sleep & was not giving uniform results. Again on days when there was too much of standing or walking or working or traveling the swellinh would be so much & needed almost a week to subside with just 2-3inches height prop up that the pillows gave.Then i found this JSB leg elevator wedge cushion a few years back. It was firm & one piece so no shifting around issues. It was shaped at an incline (unlike pillows) which helped in healing the worst ankle &knee swelling overnight & another major plus was that it helped to rest the lower back better too. Latter is useful for those with a greater lower back arch who needs some prop to make the lower back rest flat on the bed while lying on the back. Also the wedge cushion makes it possible to even sleep a bit on your sides on regular days. Of course on days with more leg issues sleeping on the back, with legs propped up at an incline on this wedge cushion with a very soft thin pillow under the knees is one of the best relief.At night keep the wedge pillow at the leg end of the bed. At other times of the day one can keep it at the head end & use it to lean your upper back, say, while reading a book. This position is like what hospital beds give when they jack up the head side with an under bed lever. It's useful also for people with asthma or heart issues to use it this way.Cons if any is the cost of ~3k. Okay as its foam of almost 30inches long, 24 inches wide with maximum height of 7 inches, which is a lot of foam, almost half of a single bed. If there's a health issue paying for a relief makes full sense too!Overall it's a great product. Highly recommended.

Simply superb. Good definitely it helps to increase the blood circulation. the product is really good but only one thing is not fair that is product price .if it is not too cost then it will be diffinetly it is excellent product then everyone can purchase easily. I opened trasparent cover on second day I found zip of the cover broken. Cheap quality zip used. Not replaceble or non returnble.
