I use Diurex water pills regularly as I have a water retention problem and they cure that uncomfortable bloat I feel everywhere as well as take off pounds from water weight. They do give your urine a blue-greenish color upon micturation. However, that is to be expected with the dye listed in the ingredients and is not dangerous.People should know that these will dehydrate you severely if you don't drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day (even when not taking diuretics). Please drink AT LEAST 8-10 glasses of water a day while taking these pills. I'm not going to go into the anatomy of your kidneys and excretory system, but if you want to flush excess water out of your system, you need to drink obscene amounts of water to help your kidneys do their job.

This product really helped me get rid of excess water weight, but as someone who is very sensitive to caffeine, I always prevent taking pills within 5 hours of going to bed! Overall, good product but follow the directions, because dehydration headaches occur if you don't keep up with your water intake!

It gave me pains at times but did the job. I ended up giving them to a friend because I didnt like how it made me feel.

I had Surgery a few days ago and my doctor specifically told me not to take OTC diurex.

these do what they are supposed to. they will make you go to the restroom a lot to get rid of the extra water you have. you will see a green color but rest a sure it's normal (cause the pills are blue).
