Great book for preteen-teen
We are an agnostic household, and my 12 year old daughter has been asking questions about religion, since about everyone she knows goes to church. Gave her this book to give her some answers to our life and help her to be able to answer those who question her.

Good for kids
Great little book, I bought it for my 8 year old and it explains everything so she can easily understand what it's all about. Would purchase again for others.

Good, but The Belief Book is better, more kid friendly.
Overall this is a good book, however, there are grammatical errors in it which distract me. I also wish it were less wordy, for my kids sake. I want them to be able to read this kind of book without getting overwhelmed by the amount of text.

but I am very disappointed in you
I purchased this book for my grandchildren, ages 6, 9 and 11. The book is very well written and is engaging for the older children. The six-year-old will have to wait a bit to grow into this subject matter. My one complaint with my purchase is I thought I was buying a new book. I paid the full price of the paperback as sold by Amazon. The book I received is obviously used. The binding is broken, the bottom right of the book is turned up at the corners and the edges of the pages show a lot of wear, in addition to the covers being gouged and scratched. This was to have been a gift, but as a result of the condition of the book, I have now kept it very low key.Amazon, I don't say this often, but I am very disappointed in you.I gave this book a three-star review as the contents are outstanding, but the physical condition of the book leaves much to be desired.
