Not installed yet so difficult to say, but first impressions are good; appeared well made / instructions clear. If it works without issues it’s great value for money.

Bought this to replace unbranded gate opener which went faulty and replaced by same product which went faulty a second time. Straight away you can see the quality of this gate opener compared to the others. Installed and works perfectly with no issues. The magnetic limit switch with soft start and close is superb as it doesn't jolt the gate as it closes and opens. More expensive than unbranded but you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend.

I could not describe this Item. I bought this to be sent to Africa but it disappointed me. After it was installed the bearing could not Slid the gate to open and broke. Poor Quality machine not recommended

The media could not be loaded.  As an amateur astronomer I have a garden observatory with permanently mounted telescope. The roof of the observatory runs off on rail guided wheels which I have operated manually form many years. To enable fully remote operation of the observatory I decided to motorise the roof using a Topens RK700T sliding gate motor drive.The Topens unit operates using a rack and pinion drive system which was easily adapted to control the roof with some small modifications. Installation was relatively simple with the motor unit being mounted to the observatory wall and the drive rack mounted firmly to the roof. The drive pinion shield needed to be modified so the rack could be engaged on the side rather than the top as in a sliding gate application. Open and closed positions are determined by careful positioning of the N/S magnetic stop sensors mounted on the rack. A photo cell beam detector can be mounted so that anything obstructing movement of the roof will disable operation.Operation can be controlled in a number of ways, remote fob (2 supplied), wired/wireless push button or via the internet using an app with additional accessories. The attached video shows the unit in operation.

This product was purchased as I wanted to have a automatic driveway gate. It’s a great product very easy to install if your a half decent DIY person, however please do be safe if you have no electrical experience and always use a qualified electrician to do the electrical side. I fitted everything from burying the armoured cable to the unit, and did all the concrete work which was simple enough. The gate speed is perfect and the sensors are also easy to install. The system worked perfectly and the key fobs are robust and their range is around 30 meters. Very happy with the purchase and that’s why I bought a second unit. My next gate job will be completed next year to my front gate, this unit maybe cheaper than the rest but has worked perfectly in winter and summer as I’ve had it fitted for over 2 years with no issues. But make sure you read the comprehensive fitting instructions.

Low consumption perfect fit easy to instal great results

I purchased this opener for the back sliding gate at my home. I also have a PW302 opener for my front gate. This RK700 developed some initial issues but Zack at Topens Customer Support solved those issues under warranty and the RK700 has been working very reliable since. I am very happy with it.

nicht die erste aber immer wieder

Acheté pour mon portail le moteur na jamais fonctionné car il est deja en court circuit avant le branchement.Me disant que c'est un problème isolé jai acheté un deuxième et , rebelote le meme court circuit entre la phase et le neutre.Je demande le remboursement de mes deux moteurs ....

Istruzioni poco chiare ed in inglese. Puleggia dentata il plastica. Impossibilità di programmare i 2 telecomandi. Ho perso 2 giornate nel tentativo di farlo funzionare. Veramente pessimo.

Tuve un problema con la instalación del motor y el servicio técnico me ha ayudado y dado soporte hasta que hemos conseguido hacer funcionar perfectamente, les estoy muy agradecido.

wenn der Antrieb über Softstart verfügen würde, hätte es 5 Sterne in der Gesamtwertung gegeben.Für den Preis ist es aber völlig okay und der Antrieb tut was er soll. Auch die magnetischen Endschalter arbeiten arbeiten zuverlässig. Ich hatte versehentlich die englische Variante bestellt und deshalb nur eine Anleitung in englisch. Aber kein Problem, man findet auf der Seite von "Topens" sofort Hilfe. Per E-mail erhielt ich eine Anleitung in deutsch und das Angebot zur technischen Beratung während der Installation. Man wir also auch nach dem Kauf nicht sich selbst überlassen. Ich werde hier sicher wieder einkaufen.
