The wheels don’t turn
This is really for a tall person, but I was able to drill two holes in the handle to adjust it smaller for myself. Also, the wheels don’t turn so you’re dragging this thing. The rod that holds the wheels onto the cart should be longer so that you can add more washers to it so that the wheels aren’t right up against the cart.
