Guinness World Records 2000: Millennium Edition (Guinness Book of Records) Hardcover – January 1, 1999

Lost my copy years ago and had to have it back in my collection. Very nostalgic looking through it, lots of good memories! The cover is very much of the Y2K era, very futuristic! I keep mine on display.

So I wanted to start a collection of Guiness World Record Books recently and decided to start from the beggining. Though I bought my book a couple of weeks ago I just now (Jan. 9, 2018) took the book off my shelf and looked at it. It took me only a few seconds to realize the title was ((possibly?)) printed upside down! I really don't know if there is a way to take the title off and just flip it or not (as a joke?), but I find this pretty interesting to say the least!

I'm 12, and I was really excited when I bought this book. But when I started reading it, I didn't find anything really interesting. Except, the pictures were great. I'd recommend the 1999 edition. They could've done a lot better.

The new format is very easy to look through. I especially appreciated page 145 - it was hilarious. I wonder if it was accidental? Probably not - too perfect! The book was great. Hope you order it to enjoy. PJ

Book arrived with a dirty cover; had to clean before I could even check in the delivery! Then discovered that it was bound upside down! Kids love these books and will probably think that is really cool but still ...
