All the parts are extremely durable, including the spring mechanism. Easily installation. Would definitely buy again.

Excellent smooth door closing
Had two installed by a contractor 9 months ago. Both are retrofit into existing pocket doors. Really smooth quiet closing and requires minimal effort to open.

Great Quality and Beat Price
Works great and at a fraction of the costs of similar ones. I am not sure why no one in the USA makes these. Most are German or Swedish made at $1,000+ so this Japanese one was a steal! Works like a charm.
