Quality product, shipping, protection, and Item works.
Needed a CPU cooling fan for a Honeywell HRHH1161 DVR system. Did some searching and came across this product that matched what I needed. Did some review checking and found good reviews. Price at the time I purchased was $19.99. Saw several a bit cheaper and several a lot more expensive. Went with this one and hoped for the best. Package arrived on time as was told by the Amazon system. Must to my delight the fan was packaged in a tin much the same as an Altoids mint tin. Once I opened it up I found the fan with the two pin connector to be in a plastic bag, a plastic spreader, and a package of thermal compound.I placed part of the thermal compound on the CPU itself and the rest on the rear center of the cooling fan assembly. Put it in place and pressed the spring loaded pins in place, plugged the connector in place and turned on my DVR. The fan spun up nicely and is so far hardly noticeable although it is spinning away and is producing noticeable air movement (checked with an open flame on a match). So, I have to rate at 5 stars as 1. delivered when promised, 2. item as advertised, 3. item well protected for shipment, 4. thermal compound/tape provided, 5. item is functional.Note: In the picture, I had already opened the thermal compound and applied it to my CPU before I even thought about taking a picture.

Easy to install and works like a charm!
It was simple to install and the fact that it comes with thermal paste saves time and money! It is super quiet and came with a cute little shipping case.

Not complete
From the description:Package:1 * DaHua DVR HDCVI Camera Fan1 * Warranty Card1 * Thermal grease1 * Box1 * Small SpatulaThe only thing in the package was the fan/heat sink. The fan fit perfectly and has been running for a few hours now. Luckily I had an old tube of heat sink paste.Still a good deal.

Perfect replacement fan for the Lorex security system
This is a direct replacement fan for the one which failed in our Lorex security camera system and cost only a smidge more than the other produce that only had the fan (no heatsink). This item also came with heat sink grease as a plus. For those doing this fan swap out on your DVR, I would recommend that you take the main board out and use pliers to carefully squeeze the the two spring loaded pins from the bottom of the board for removal. Simply pulling the pin out from the top with force concerned me that it may damage the board.

Not what I recieved the last time I ordered
This just came in a small manilla envelope without the heat sink grease, spatula, card and tin that I recieved last time I ordered the same product. The quality of the fan wiring is also off when compared to my last order. Discription needs updating. This will be the last time I order from this company. Note: heat sink is useless without grease to transfer heat from cpu!

No thermal paste included! LHV2016 rebooting fix
Mine came WITHOUT thermal paste, but I was expecting it . It was only the fan and heatsink from seller "Motassis". I bought it to fix an LHV2016 that was repeatedly rebooting from overheating and it works perfectly

Worked as a Replacement CPU fan - Armcrest Security DVR
The stock fan in the DVR was very noisy. Watched a few YouTube videos and was able to remove the fan and replace it. Very easy repair and the new fan was much quieter.

Cheaper then just the fan
If you're looking at this it's likely because you have a Dahua branded or OEM Dahua HCVR DVR with a dead fan. Huge well known issue, seen hundreds of these fans fail and cause issues with the DVR.Don't bother replacing the whole heatsink, just replace the fan. The fan is held in-place by 3 small screws. They're at the bottom closer to the center of the fan - spin the blades if needed to get access to the screws. Not worth the time and effort getting the old heatsink off, most of them have thermal adhesive and it's a pain.9 out of 10 times replacing the fan doesn't fix the DVR. Save yourself the trouble and just get yourself a new DVR.
