Safe and my picky little staffy takes it without any problem !
It’s easy to measure and mix with food, she’s picky but took it with out any problem. She’s a bit of a slobbery kisser and my sister remarked on how lovely and pure her breath was, no bad smell at all. Her teeth are very decent and we brush but don’t use toothpaste as she runs away lol, so this is a very ( all natural) safe and effective addition and very good value too.

Plague remover
I have tried several types of this and my dogs have refused to eat the food came across this one and was pleased by reviews so thought I'd give it a go and must say I'm impressed dogs ate the food without fuss. Smell is good colour looks like seaweed and it's improved my dogs breath. It's good quality and very effective

Good product for Buzzes teeth
We have used this on our dogs food for around a year. He has a history of plaque build up. This product has had a very good effect and with stopping build up and breath. We use three scoops a feed not as recomended@

It doesn't last as long as more expensive brands
This product is fine - it seems to do the job. It's not miraculous as a cure for plaque, they still have plaque, but I have four dogs and none of their teeth have got worse since I've started using it, so I'm going to continue with it. I was drawn to this brand because it a quarter of the price of the brand recommended by our vet. However, whereas that brand lasted months, this has lasted weeks. I don't think, therefore, that it's any cheaper. The consistency is much bulkier than the expensive alternative, that is very fine, and it appears that we get through the tub of the same size much quicker. I definitely wouldn't choose this on the basis of cost but it's possible it's having a more noticeable effect on my dogs' teeth. It's hard to say as it takes a couple of months to start kicking in and doing its thing. For now I'm sticking with this brand but I'm disappointed with how long it lasts compared with more expensive brands. I feel that their description should stipulate that their formula is very loose and, whilst they recommend the same dosage as more expensive brands, it doesn't go a long way. The positive point is that this brand is less off-putting to my dogs.

Just as good as the most expensive brands
This is the first time I have bought this brand as we usually buy the organic one, but I must say its just as good and a lot cheaper too. We went for the larger tub too as it was a better price and through Amazon Prime we got free shipping.

Very effective
Brilliant product, helped the teeth of two dogs. We visited the vet last week with our Bichon Frise who’s lost some teeth in the past (prior to using this) and they were very pleased with how they are now.

Seems to work very well
I've been given my dogs this as an additive to their food once a day since they both got their big teeth. I'm not sure just how old they both were as haven't read the instructions for ages, but started at the recommended stage in their lives. I will add here that they also get a dental chew each daily and have nylabones to chew on too so maybe that all helps. My dogs, now two and three still have perfectly white teeth and none of that doggy breath smell that all our family pets had years ago, although I will also add that my last two dogs both lived untl their mid teens and neither ever had any dental work done as there teeth although yellowing towards end of life were not rotting, neither were gvien this, but both got dental stick and chewed nylabones daily too. I will also add here I have never felt the need to brush my dogs teeth. None of my dogs ever get food that they shouldn't no cakes no biscuits no sweets, no cups of tea, only dog food, both wet and dry, youghurt, greens, the occasional piece of fruit, their daily dental chews and other additives like fish oil, coconut oil and glucosamine. So why give this? I like the idea that they are getting a daily supplment of turmeric, charcoal and seaweed and they seem to love the taste, no need to disguise it in wet food etc they normally get this on their first meal of the day (yeah I feed them three times a day still) their breakfast is dry food but they will lick their bowls clean to get to this stuff at the bottom. Offer a little on my finger and they will lap that up too.My two are bulldogs, one Old Tyme one American cross Old Tyme so both both bordering around the larger side of medium or the lower side of large, 50Kg give or take is thier combined weight the OTB, the male being slightly smaller around 23.5kg but he is still growing, it will be another year before he fills out to typical bulldog shape, i.e. broad head and really muscelly like his sister, but not overweight like some. I give them one scoop of this daily, so not as much as others have stated in other reviews. Ocassionally I forget to reorder and they may go a day or two between and yes I do notice a difference in those times, not with their teeth or with their breath but certainly with gas! so hail to the charcoal if nothiing else :) Others have also mentioned runny poos and linked that problem to this, I certainly haven't found that but again ocassionally my two are the same but usually when they are getting a bit too muh of the dry food or new chews, treats or maybe a bit too long left with the very rare butchers bone they sometimes get too.I have given this product 5 stars because I can't fault it, maybe the ritual of sprinkling it on their food has a placebo effect, on me that is not them :) I do think it helps but also the way they are fed helps too maybe even more, but turmeric and glucosamine is a must I think especially for bull breeds so if nothing else this stuff is helping with thie turmeric intake and lowering their methaine output so that has to be good,
