Combat Sports 45 lb. Double End Heavy Bag

I love this bag. I have a standard 70 pound MMA bag by Everlast and it's pretty nice also. But with this Combat Sports 45 pound bag I get a really good workout and can safely practice uppercuts with it with little fear of spraining my wrists due to the angle one needs for uppercuts. The top portion is as good as any regular heavy bag and the lower portion gives a good target area to practice lower body shots. Also, due to the hourglass design it is unlikely that the filler material will sag into the lower portions of the bag like many regular heavy bags tend to do. Plus, the material is smooth and you can use MMA gloves or bare hands on it as long as you don't go crazy with power before your hands and wrists are conditioned for that sort of contact. Have fun, it's a great bag for the money.

Everyone’s new favorite bag at the gym

I've had this bag for over eight months now, and it has become my favorite. It's very versatile for working every type of punch, including to the body. It's heavy enough to take a good punch, but light enough to not cause damage to you if you decide to not wrap your hands and give it moderate intensity. Great for a quick stress relief while working on a project.

I really like this bag. I can work on combos perfectly. Punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. The purpose of this bag is to work on your combos and speed. Not your power even though you can hit it hard as you want but it will swing around unless you tie it down from the bottom. I wish it was 60lbs so that I could really go to town on this bad boy. I think it would make it the perfect bag in my opinion. The price is Excellent. It's very affordable (gives me another excuse to justify to the lady why I need to buy another bag. A heavier one. LOL), the bag feels like it will last many years.

Very high quality and is packed perfect from the factory. The straps are super strong and I don't see them wearing down anytime soon. Weight and size are great for small spaces while still providing a challenge, so long as you don't let yourself cheat. Outer material is durable and provides the nice smack sound. Better quality overall versus what we have at a local gym. Love it!

I got this bag around the start of the COVID-19 lockdown, as the sports club closed and I lost access to the heavy bag that I had been training on. All and all, it is a good little bag, and seems well made. The shape seems to give it a great amount of stability, making it seem heavier than 45 pounds (in a good way).There are, however, some issues that the consumer should be aware of: First, the shape looks cool but is not always wonderful to train on. It is really great for uppercuts and knees due to the curve in the middle. However, the shape is weird around head level, making it less than perfect for face striking practice. Second, the bag is constructed in a series of panels stitched together. creating a small angle at each seam. If you hit on one of the seems, it may cause your wrist to bend a bit. Hitting on the seam also makes punches feel soft and unnatural, which can interrupt the flow of training. Making this bag less of a stand and bang workout bag, and more of a pick your shots and target (to avoid hitting the seam areas) workout experience.However, especially considering the price, this bag is well worth considering. It is constructed well, and the soft exterior allows for no glove training without cutting up the knuckles. I now have a 100 lb. tai bag, and I alternate my workout days on each. Thus, even though I now have a bigger bag, I still find use for this bag in my training. Knowing what I know now, I would still buy this bag.

We purchased it for our garage as a different type of bag than the ones we use at the Muay Thai gym. There we have both traditional long heavy bags and also the much shorter "teardrop" bags. This fits somewhere in between those two. It's a great bag to practice uppercuts and body shots on, but is too light for heavy kicks. So if you're looking for something for lighter boxing/kicking and speed/agility over power, I would recommend this bag.

I like this Punching / Kicking Bag very much. I wish I would have found this one a long time ago. Very good for Punching and Kicking. I like how you can punch a firmer area in the middle. I like the Color of it too....... My two favorite colors Black and Blue. As long you don't hit it with any sharp objects i'm sure it will last a long time.
