I love this oven !Don’t listen to the negative reviews - it looks great , works great & easy installation.2 safety functions -1- the timer must be on2- 30 sec hold on the oven temp knob for it to light and stay lite.These are child safety functions, and if you forget the oven is on, the timer shuts it off.Has a 2 hr timer limit

Temp.
It's impossible to use??? Doesn't heat up, can't keep it hot?? Wish I would have gotten something else, love the rotisserie if I could only get it to heat up?? Dam thing is frustrating. Wish I had gone elsewhere.

Complicated to use and slow heating
This is a non user friendly appliance. Difficult to set. Low wattage elements make it slow to heat up.Called the company three times and no response.Keep away from this one

Non-operational
Tough to review. It looked nice, installation was easy, neat rotisserie feature. But standing by it holding the ignition on for a minute or two and then staying nearby to make sure it stays lit takes all the good out of it. The temperature setting was inaccurate compared to simple oven thermometer. Can’t use an oven like this.

Great Oven!
Great oven for its value. Flame is strong and installation was easy. The only downside is regulator was not included but those aren't expensive so I guess it's ok

This is perfect for our outdoor kitchen. It works great and is beautiful.

Inadequate instructions
Sorry I bought it. Looked up the online version, and found the same inadequate instructions as those which came on paper. No idea of how to use the convection options. Countdown timer appears even when I haven't set it.
