I use this every year to get control of the fire ants on my property you can spot treat using a small amount and then following that up with two gallons of water or you can spread it across the whole property and water it in it will eliminate your fire ant problem for at least 4 to 6 months if more ants come into your property and start nesting they will not get very far they will all be dead before they can get that nest built I have three dogs and I've never had a reaction with the dogs after I have watered it in and let it dry

Disappointing results
I had used this product years ago at the recommendation of a professional exterminator to kill a severe tick infestation in my yard and had very good results. This year the ticks came back and I didn't hesitate to order Talstar Granules again. But, what a disappointment this product has been this time. The ticks and bugs in my yard remain and seem untouched by the product. What a waste of money!!!
