Q: Has the trigger been upgraded on these recently?

I believe it is the same. I am very happy with the stick vacuum as this is my second one. The first one I gave to my daughter 😊

Q: How does the battery remove on the V11?

There’s a red button on the bottom of the handle where the battery connects. You just press it and it pops right off.

Q: Is the cleaning bar safe to use on hand knotted Wool area rug?

I use it on the lower power setting and has not dammaged any of my rugs. But each rug is different as they are hand made
