Damaged twice
The item is cute and well made/executed but both times it’s been damaged. The first was badly cut/scratched on the cover, so I requested a return and replacement. Second one just showed up and it is also cut/scratched! WTH! It’s a pain to go back and keep running an errand to fix the mistake of the manufacturer or Amazon’s quality assurance. These should have never been sent out in this state.
