Q: Will this keep mice/rats out of attic?

No it doesn't work at all i put out the grand pa sack everywhere a nd the mice just ran over it.

Q: What is the pouch fabric made of?

I’ve had both burlap and paper. I definitely like the burlap better, but it’s hard to get sometimes.

Q: Was i supposed to get burlap bags with my order? because i didn’t, what should i put them in the put them under the hood of my car & where is the best

No burlap bags included. Just pouches which I put directly in the corners of my car hood.

Q: can you spray the oil on cushions to keep them from being chewed?

Yep, you can spray the oil at places that the saks can't be placed strategically, or along the tracks, or recharge the saks with it.
