Very beautiful and sharp sword.
The sword is beautiful; the handle is solid and there is no play in the construction. The edge came very sharp and the damascus is gorgeous, but the only thing i should point out is that the edge isnt 100% straight. If you look down the length of it, the edge has a slight unevenness to it, but that is just because it is handmade, and not perfect. I love it, sheath is very nice as well.

Overall please
Definitely Damascus (look up the way these blades are made, if you’re at all confused. Damascus is a technique, NOT a steel). It’s a beautiful piece that does appear to be full-tang, and it’s sturdy enough for the price. Has a couple of minor imperfections in the art of the craft, which indicates both a lack of skill by the smithy and a lower quality metal (likely not high carbon, but regular folded steel). Overall, I’m very pleased. For the price, the level of quality received can’t be beat.

Not damascus !
It is a good display piece, How ever, this blade is not functional unless you want to bend it after first use ! I expected Damascus steel it isn't ! the edge is rough and when polished shows no damascus folds, it is really soft , and some of the small details are sloppy ! This shows a lack of pride and honesty in how they do business ! I gave it 1 star due to the dishonesty of this ! IF THEY TOLD THE TRUTH I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 3 BECAUSE IT IS A NICE DISPLAY !!!

Not what you think.
Handle is extremely fat and uncomfortable to grip. Also color is not red as advertised. I feel like they send you whatever they feel like.I bought it as a wall hanger and it's not even that. Looks very disproportionate

I bought this item as a gift for my husband who was getting ready to begin cancer treatments. It was a symbolic gift as no cancer warrior should go to battle without his sword. He loved it!
