I am too lazy to return this and upset that I have to return this but I gotta let everyone know that this mouthtape has a hole in the middle through which your mouth opens anyways, so its useless plus it comes off at night while you sleeping. I am very upset about this purchase

I am very pleased with these. I had been using a different type for a while, but they were discontinued. I thought I'd try this style. They are much more comfortable than my last ones. I would have given them five stars, but the price is a little high for 30. They are used each night along with the CPAP.
