Works like they should, easy installation - had the old ones off and these on in less than 10 minutes. Trunk opens and closes with ease now, nice and strong. Attractive price, much less than OEM and with such an easy installation process, don't bother with the dealer or repair shop prices for the parts and/or labor.

These hood struts worked perfectly for my son's 2011 Lexus ES 350. It was a direct replacement that took less than 5 minutes and cost 5% of what a dealer would charge. This brand was the cheapest pair I could find in March 2025, with the highest reviews. I hope this review helps save you some time. There should be zero negative reviews; assume those folks bought for the wrong vehicle or don't know how to install it; it's simple, but the top ball on the old unit can be a bit tough to remove in some cases, but it will pop off.

Price is great. Works well. Seems to be good quality. A little too much lift for the hood on my 2011 Audi A3 8P TDI though.Better than the alternative of no hood strut so I’m still happy with it for the price!
