Q: Can this play dvds from australia?

Regarding to your question, yes the DVD player does work in Australia and read AU disc, however kindly reminder that it will need an extra power adaptor for it to work in the AU because is an North American model.On the other hand however, we are please to inform you that Maite will be launching our first DVD player at the Australia Market(Amazon.au)within the next month, we look forward seeing you!

Q: how do you display the number of the song on a CD choose song?

I dont play music from my DVD/CD player on my computer. I only play downloaded music videos. If I was, I would download the would CD and set up a playlist with a media player.

But we noticed that you mentioned that the TV screen is not shown the dvd setup display screen, so you can try to aim the remote control at the DVD player and press the setup button again.
