Very good flaver

These peppers are hot, crunchy, and full of flavor. The tang from the pickling brine makes them great on tacos, burgers, or even just as a snack. They remind me a bit of pepperoncini, but with more heat. I sliced them up for nachos and threw a few on sandwiches for extra kick. The jar is a good size and lasts a while in the fridge.

These are delicious and reasonably spicy. I've been trying to find excuses and ways to eat them. They're like pepperoncini but they have a better flavor and a zesty heat that you don't usually get with pepperoncini. I like the flavor of these more than I like pickled jalapenos. I wish they were a bit larger or that they were diced/sliced because I find myself slicing them up to use on nachos, pizza, tacos, etc. pretty much any way you'd use a pickled jalapeno, or on anything that needs a tangy zesty kick.

Peppers are crisp and delicious but the heat level is pretty high. I like to eat them with some salty crackers like a wheat thin or something and they’re really great for that. Wholeheartedly recommend.

I love love love spicy peppers. Sometimes, like Icarus, I fly too close to the sun - like the year I decided to grow ghost peppers because "I can tolerate spicy things." Turns out my tastebuds can only handle so much. All that to say I enjoy a spicy pepper, but I know my limits. These zesty little cascabellas fall well within my tolerance range, having a similar heat level as a jalapeno. Because they're pickled they've also got an extra bit of tang. They're firm out of the jar (stems still attached, so be mindful of that if you're planning on just dumping them in some salsa or whatever), and sized just right to pop in your mouth for a little spicy pick-me-up or to decongest your sinuses - these will definitely get your juices flowing, if you catch my drift.

These cascabella peppers are a fantastic spicy snack or topping! They bring just the right amount of heat—similar to jalapeños, but with an added zesty pickled tang. Their firm texture and crunch make them a fun addition to all kinds of dishes. They also have a unique fruity sweetness that complements the spiciness. I especially love the large jar size and that these will last a while.
