Yes, my grandson has the ball and he loves it.

Q: Does it comes with the holes for your fingers and if it does, what size?

No it does not, all bowling balls come un drilled

Q: Does this ball come with drilling insurance?

Not that I am aware of. Drilling insurance if needed should be distributed by the driller. Like mine, I found a reputable ball driller who performed the task excellently!

Comes in different sizes I ordered a 13 pound ball because that's a comfortable weight for me, you might be different. As far as the drill size, it depends on your finger length and width. You buy the ball then take it to your local bowling center that has a pro shop. They will get you fitted for that ball you purchased.
