I had a gastric bypass 6 yrs ago, and the number one dietary issue for me is keeping my protein intake high enough (the bypass reduces protein absorption) while not overeating. It has great health benefits, it is helped my fine lines and skin texture, it helps build bone strength, and health.I will definitely be ordering this againThere is no smell and there is no taste. It’s very effective. It’s a great size for the price. It lasts for over a month.

Has type 1,2 and 3 types collagen- a plus. Blends in easily with my cereal. No bad taste- actually tasteless. A good product

Fooled me! I searched for “vegan collagen” and this came up. Of course the oversight is my fault. I trusted that the top 10-15 results would just be vegan. And that brand title, “ForestLeaf” in green with a green leaf, in a blue container, nature colors! So first off, if you’re looking for plant-collagen, look a little more closely. I eat plant-based so I went ahead and kept this. The taste is the same “nearly neutral” as the under $10 kind from Trader Joe’s. Do yourself a favor, don’t drink it in juice unless super well mixed. I have kids and added a scoop to a glass of blueberry juice. Seriously, BARF! Those flavors did not mix well. In coffee, it dissolves well and there’s only a slight unpleasant or odd taste left that creamer, sugar or syrup can not mask. Quality-wise, AMAZING! I noticed skin changes after two days. My (buzzed) hair is really soft, my skin has been more... luscious? It has a healthy sheen over it. Kind of glossy but not in an oily way. Maybe “glowy” is the word? Anyway, nice. I am 5’3”, about 126lbs. and very genetically prone to cellulite. It hasn’t (maybe yet) helped with that though I do feel more “voluptuous” for, frankly, lack of a better word. I have not gained weight but I feel more filled out in my skin. It feels great. I am happy with this.Update* it is difficult to mask the taste in coffee AND matcha latte, even with extra sweetener. Matcha brings out the odor of the powder which, frankly, is completely repulsive. The same that I tasted when combining with juice. The trick is, drink it without breathing in through your nose. Then, once those swallowed, breathe through your mouth. Otherwise, that scent/flavor goes right up to your nose and gag reflex. When you’re detecting with your tongue alone, it isn’t so repulsive.I’ve had this every day for about a week and a half now and along with exercise and eating plant-based with some fish, it has done nothing for my cellulite + varicose veins. I must have had strong nails before because there isn’t a notable difference in them. Energy wise it’s actually been difficult to wake up in the morning. I’ve been waking up with a bit of a headache and have to lay down and breathe for a few minutes before feeling well enough to get up. I have a permanent full-feeling/heaviness. I’m not sold on this product and will try plant-based when it runs out.

Omg amazing!!!! Dissolves very well in coffee with very very little taste. Compared to my last 3 brands, this stuff is 75% better!! I love that it has way less sodium for 2 scoops! And the protein content in2 scoops is a great addition to my morning routine!!! The fact that it dissolves well and minimal taste is game changer for me. I will definitely keep purchasing this brand!! And it’s a nice size container for the price!!!

I take this everyday and it has improved my skin, nails, hair, and muscle recovery after my work outs. I lift weights in my work out and it really helps with soreness.
