Rich Dad's Advisors: OPM: How to Attract Other People's Money for Your Investments--The Ultimate Leverage Paperback – April 20, 2005

Using other people's money is the greatest form of financial leverage out there and is sought out by many professional investors and entrepreneurs. The problem is that it is extremely hard to find information on how to properly go about gaining access to it. In most cases you have to pay a lot of money for a seminar of some kind in order to learn about the secrets of using other people's money for your investments, which can cost thousands of dollars. I have been searching a long time for a book that teaches you the process and legal steps you have to take for raising money. This is the only book I have found that truly teaches this information. Not only does it show you how to raise money, but it shows you how to avoid legal pitfalls that could damage your finances. I recommend this book to anyone serious about wanting to learn how to use other people's money for their investments.

While not an exhaustive resource, this book is easy to read, understand and apply. I recommend it highly to anyone starting a business, expanding an existing business or in need of capital for growth.

This is book is awesome for business new owners or for those who want to start a business. It is highly recommended to read.

Book has slightly more meat and is a little more in depth than some of the other Rich Dad works and did what was expected gave a basic intro to the topic as well as a walk through the pitfalls of each type of OPM channel. Good intro but will require further reading to really begin to run with.

I'm Still reading now. Great for investors looking to do things right. Thanks Rich dad series for all your help.
